Andrew Mellen
graduated from
Bennington College in Vermont and is now the Head of Creative at the ad agency Vacation. He was inspired to volunteer with KEEN in remembrance of his mother's first son,
Jamie. Andrew has been active in sports his entire life and was the
Varsity Soccer Team Captain in high school. Andrew has 18 years of
experience practicing yoga, 13 years playing soccer, 11 years playing basketball,
as well as 5+ years in both track and swimming. In addition to his exceptional volunteerism for KEEN families, Andrew also volunteers for Project Violet, an organization providing mentorship for LGBTQ+ people who are breaking into the advertising space. When asked why he wanted to volunteer with KEEN, Andrew says,
"The kids have so much more to teach us than we do them."
