New Athlete Enrollment
To enroll a child or teen in KEEN, click the link above.
We require our volunteers to be fully vaccinated prior to joining us at an in-person session.
Enrollment Procedures:
To register your child in KEEN, please complete the online athlete enrollment form. Para obtener instrucciones sobre cómo ver la solicitud en español en Google Chrome, haga clic aquí. This is the first step to becoming a KEEN Athlete.
Upon receipt of the online application, athlete families will be contacted by a staff member to confirm session participation. All athletes must receive confirmation before attending their first session. Email info@keenlosangeles.org.
