Hayleigh Shields joined the KEEN Los Angeles board in 2025. She is a Finance & Strategy Manager at an Internet startup based in Los Angeles. She has a professional background in investment banking and strategic finance within the tech industry.
Outside of work, Hayleigh is an avid soccer and tennis player who believes deeply in the power of sports to build confidence and community. She has previously volunteered with organizations supporting children with disabilities and is passionate about creating opportunities for every child to thrive through movement and community. Hayleigh is excited to contribute her experience and enthusiasm to support KEEN’s mission of empowering youth of all abilities.
